Elizabeth Saviteer, MS, LMHC, CN

Elizabeth has 10 years of experience as a mental health counselor and nutritionist specializing in depression, anxiety, and eating disorder recovery. She has 5 years advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and motivation enhancement.

She has facilitated therapy groups and led workshops and classes to therapy students. She has worked as adjunct faculty at Bastyr Univesity teaching graduate psychology students. She’s personally used the techniques in this program to overcome her own mental health struggles.

When not partnering with people to improve their mental health, she enjoys spending time with her husband and exploring their new home of Spokane. She enjoys learning the banjo, cooking, and traveling.
